This dissertation focuses in particular on the verbal and numeric tests that are used in the selection process at GE Consumer Finance.

Currently at GE Consumer Finance, the verbal and numeric tests are used as part of an assessment centre for candidates applying to the company.

Interns have to apply for their position in the same way as everyone else.

They are required to attend assessment centres where they have one to one interviews, ability tests and group tasks to carry out.

GE Consumer Finance has 5 different departments: Auto, Risk, Operations, Front End and Finance.
